Got my FIRST leg cramp last Wednesday at 5AM! Was forced to get up and luckily Say Guan wasnt sleeping beside me or else.... I'll pull his hair! hehe... no la.... leg cramp is tolerable for me. Im only afraid of NEEDLES!

Im having a baby Girl

Went for my detailed scan yesterday and its confirmed Im gonna have a baby Girl! Was actually praying inside 'BOY! BOY! BOY!' when the doctor say 'Come, lets check for the gender' hehehe.... well a little disappointed at first but when I saw so many newborns in the hospital looking so cute, my heart melts. Boy, Girl same la, from the bottom of my heart. Their so innocent.... furthermore I think Charlene would prefer a mei mei than Di di... Baby is so active yesterday when Doctor did the scan for her. Moving non stop, think she doesnt like her picture taken...

Doctor Wong also commented that my placenta is a little low but not too low. Cos if placenta is too low, it might cover the exit when Baby wants to come out, therefore, resulting in C-sec but mine still not that bad. And she will have an oval face 'melon seed shape', Dr Wong say will be a pretty girl.... hehehe

So let us welcome my Baby Girl on 02 MAY 2008!

19th Week...

Im into my 19th week. Started to have ticklish feeling under my tummy. Think should be movement of baby. This usually happens in the night when I am lying on the bed. Hope baby wouldn't be a night owl next time :) My tummy is gradually getting bigger but my food intake has cut down. To prevent myself from taking supper, I try to sleep early. But of cos, sometimes hungry how hard I try to force myself to sleep also cannot leh....

Next Monday will be my detail scan. Hopefully baby's organs and features have develop fully & of cos the confirmation of Baby's gender! Looking forward to the scan..... Baby here I come!

17th weeks...

I'm into my 17th week today. Still can't really feel baby's movement yet but guess will be soon cause I'm starting to feel bubble like movement inside my tummy. Think Daddy's more anxious than me as he told me that his looking forward to having the baby come into the world. In my mind is ........ sleepless nights shall start all over again ....... but it'll be worth it when you see them growing up day by day.

We have even thought of names for our baby. If it's a girl which is most likely, then it shall be:
LIANG EN HUI ARENEA

Boy boy will be : LIANG JUN XI TRISTEN

16 Weeks...

It has been sometime since I last updated my blog. Im into 16 weeks... no more vomitting *touchwood*, but I have severe backache, just like an old woman. AND I still have to eat every 2-3 hourly, just like babies crying for milk.

Went for my routine checkup last Monday and Dr Wong did a scan for the baby's gender. Frankly speaking, I was hoping and praying for a baby boy the night before and am very anxious. And of cos scared of my blood test. Let me talk about my blood test first.... actually it turned out alright. I just refused to look at it. This time round no bruises. The previous blood test for my 1st pregnancy was blue black on my arm. OK... gender..... well.... Dr Wong says 90% GIRL cos cant see birdie. hmm...... of cause we felt abit disappointed but we are beginning to accept it and will love her as much as we love Charlene. And moreover, the detail scan is next month... still got 10% hope la.... keeping our fingers cross....

But like all people say, as long as baby is healthy, we should be happy and I agree!

14th WeeKs - 2nd TriMester

End of First trimester and beginning of the 2nd. Hope condition will be better...

Was upset yesterday cos when we reach the carpark at our house, I asked daddy to get me supper later. He said 'Now then say! Should have bought just now. Later I have to make a trip again'. Was really upset by his comment. Feel that he doesn't care about me :( I also dont wan eat so much and turn fat fat mah but if I dont eat I'll vomit. But eventually he still went out to buy la. Got me hokkien mee... not very nice but at least it filled and warmed my tummy and I can sleep better.

Had a weird dream yesterday. I dreamt of a lady touching my tummy, looking straight into my eyes, she said 'ITS A GIRL!'...... At that very moment when she said 'GIRL!', Charlene used her feet to touch my hand and I woke up.... hmmm..... will it be a baby a girl???

Talk about baby being pantang...... Do u believe?

Was writing in my blog last Friday that Im feeling better now, lesser MS or even NO for the past few days BUT at around 11am last friday, i started to feel giddy suddenly and rush to the toilet to puke. This is the first time that this effect overwhelm me. Usually I can tahan my vomitting till I reach my home sweet home cos Im used to my bowl sweet bowl.... well... so I took 1/2 day urgent leave to rest at home......

Shouldn't comment to much... shhhhh.... hehe

13th Weeks.......

Yippeee... passing my first trimester! No more MS *touchwood* although I still feel bloated and tired. Nowadays I slept at 8.30pm almost every night. When I put Charlene to bed, I slept with her too. But of cos sleep is desruptive. Woke up almost 4-5 times every night. At least, Im feeling much better, that's what matters most.... must start to make plans already.

Luckily my appetite is slowing down now. Hopefully wont turn into a FAT PIG. And one of the reasons (other than tired) for sleeping early is to prevent myself from looking for supper. Looking still nevermind, its dono what to eat that gives me headache... hehe

12 WeeKs...

Went for my routine check up yesterday. Baby's fine and growing very well. He/She is 59mm currently and is moving actively. When Doc Wong did the scan, baby is moving, waving both hands at us. Then I think he/ she is playing bumping game in my tummy. hehee.... no la, I suspect baby's having hiccups cos the head is moving forward and backwards, forward and backwards... hahaha. But it has grown so much since my last visit. During my first visit, can see from the scan that its still so tiny, but yesterday can see part of the features like eyes, nose, mouth and both hands. It is all developed.... Im starting to feel baby inside me!

And me....... hai..... I put on weight AGAIN! Im currently 52.4KG.... MY GOODNESS. Doc Wong refer back to my pass records when Im having Charlene and I weigh only 47 KG during my 1st pregnancy at 12 weeks! 5.4 KG increase! Arrrgghhh...... I told her I cant stop eating, what to do????

And ...... IM GOING TO HAVE MY BLOOD TEST ON THE NEXT VISIT! HELP! IM TERRIFIED!

11th weeks...

Today is my 11th week with my little precious. Well too early to have any feel from baby, no kicking yet. But hopefully its growing well inside me.... Still vomitting during the evening and night time. All my nice nice dinner given to the toilet bowl.... then sometimes can taste the acidic or alkaline juices.... yucks...

My friends around me asked me whether I feel any different compare to my 1st pregnancy? They say if got different, that means its a boy this time wor. Wonder whether its true..... boy, girl also can la. Actually having a girl is good. Compare to my little nephew, I think Charlene is more loving. She will hug and kiss you. Think girls tend to show their love more freely... *tie xin*

This morning is the FIRST time that somebody offer her seat to me in the MRT.... hehe.... so that means my little bulging tummy is showing

MoOd sWinG...

Was on the verge of tears yesterday :( ...

Called Say Guan at 5pm and he told me his going off soon, so I'll be waiting for him at City Hall MRT. I reached City Hall at 5.20pm, assuming he will be at the platform at around 530pm. see... called him at 5pm, he said soon, so I suppose its 510pm his off his course la, then it takes the most 20 min to walk from Suntec to MRT, so 530pm. BUT I waited till 6pm! I was sooooooooo angry. Only at 5.39pm did he sms that his on his way to the MRT.

I was boiling inside and very angry since I was not feeling that well. Train pass and go makes me giddy and feel like puking. And bearing in mind, at that hour, no more seats for me :( When he finally arrived. I gave him a 'scolding' with very very black face, tears drooling in my eyes.......

Guess the changes of hormones inside me is working very well.... hehehe....
AND luckily, a pretty lady offer her seat to me.... and that's because she alighted at Somerset

10th weeks

Im into my 10th week today. Symptoms still there, not any gone... hai..... wonder how baby is growing? Next visit to Doc Wong will be in 2 weeks time and I can get to see him/her again. hmm... of cos Say Guan and I hope to have a boy this time round BUT if its a girl, we will still love her as much.

Somehow I feel, Im more excited during my first pregnancy. Maybe because of first time MTB and you don't know what to expect. Like during my first pregnancy, I tend to be more strict on the food and drink I intake. Strictly no caffaine and cold drinks. But I took them now although not in excess. Kopi or tea, the most once a day. I also took 'yu sheng'... hehehe... its too tempting but just a few slices to curb my craving la.

But then i try to tell myself, must be fair, what I did or don't do for my first preganany, 2nd one also must follow..... try la....

And luckily, Charlene is quite a good girl. Whenever she wants to pull me somewhere, I'll tell her Mummy's not feeling too well, go find daddy. She will go look for him.... hehe... poor Daddy then

Nearly *fainted*

Nearly fainted yesterday while waiting for the train at City Hall yesterday. I started to feel 'sick' during a meeting at 4pm, and it got worse on my way home. Went to City Hall to meet Say Guan so that we can take the train back together. While waiting, I feel so vomity and giddy. Keep stuffing myself with sour plums. Had actually plan to have dinner with my parents and Charlene but cancelled it.

Upon reaching home, my giddiness got worse. I quickly went to bed, never even bathe yesterday (shhhh.....). Was praying to GOD to make me feel better. Always thought 2nd pregnancy would be more smooth sailing, not true leh... ITS WORSE for me. And although Im soooo weak and tired, I cant seem to fall asleep. My tummy is 'killing' me..... aiyo..... baby ah baby, be good leh....

Say Guan has really help me alot during this period. Doing all the houseworks, although still very messy...hehe... play and took care of Charlene, wash up for her, make neinei for her... Letting me have sufficient rest. Thanks DEAR! But then hor, Im carrying your precious and suffering is me leh... Anyway thank you la...

Food...Food...Food

The amount of FOOD that I intake now is terrible. Wonder whether I will go back to my weight after birth.

Lets see what I ate yesterday:

1. 1 packet of Nasi Lemak with Ngoi hiang, egg and luncheon meat (breakfast)
2. 1 slice of bread with Honey ham (Brunch)
3. 1 bowl of mix seafood ee-mee (lunch)
4. 1 packet of mee hoon with fish fillet (tea)
5. 1 bowl of rice with veg (dinner)
6. 2 slices of choc Sara Lee cake
hmm...... wow.....

As of now, today, I already ate:
1. 1 packet of vegetarian mee pok (breakfast)
2. 1 slice of bread with peanut butter (brunch)
3. 1 bowl of beef noodles (lunch)
4. 1.5 chee cheong fun (tea)
..... not full... going to buy 2 power puff (curry puff)...
hehe... someone juz gave me a strawberry cheese cake
CALORIES.... CALORIES.... CALORIES

Gonna be a FAT PIG real soon.......

9 weekS

Im into my 9 weeks of pregnancy today. Things still remain the same, bloated...bloated and more bloating. Ahhhh... can't really enjoy the joy of welcoming another baby currently. My tummy is getting bigger by day. In the morning when I woke up still quite flat, come to noon becomes BIG, evening BIGGER, night BIGGEST. Guess must be the intake of food and gas accumulated during the day. I also have difficulties sleeping at night. Just dont feel good on my tummy. Well... that's the effect of pregnancy. Moreover, 2nd preganacy might be worse because the elder one still needs attention... *cross my fingers*, the symtoms be gone in 3 weeks time...

My First visit to Doc Wong

Im having my 2nd little one soon! Have been trying since beginning of the year and finally, a blessing from GOD. Of course Daddy and I were happy. Daddy started his daily talking to my tummy again. Calling: baby! baby! hehe... Charlene upon seeing Daddy will also talk to baby.... 'yaya' 'yaya'.... hahahaha.... so funny, wonder what she meant by 'yaya' and of cause her baby language. Maybe baby understands her more than Daddy.

Baby's EDD is 02 May 2008. hmm.... but I dont feel very well for my 2nd pregnancy compare to my first. Always feeling weak, vomitty, bloated, sick, eating every minute, always 'headache' as to what I can grab for supper..... hopefully this feeling will end during my 2nd trimester. Im also bleeding during my 6 weeks. Scare me, Doc Wong is on leave so I visited another gynae. He gave me some hormones pill and 3 days MC for bed rest.... then its on/off mc for me.

Went for my official first gynae visit to Doc Joycelyn Wong on 19 Sep '07 which baby is 8 weeks by then. Was relieved to see baby's powerful heart beat, at least Im rest assured that its fine. And its 16.8mm.... hehehe... a little tiny bean at the moment...
